Donor Pass and admission

    Pass Purchase

​

  • Authorized Sellers

    • Pass can be purchased through our official website or authorized sellers.

    • List of authorized sellers will be available on the official website to ensure authenticity.

    • Purchasing from unauthorized sellers is at the buyer’s own risk.

  • Payment Methods

    • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure online payment systems.

    • Ensure secure transactions by purchasing only from authorized sellers.

    • No changes or cancellations are allowed once the purchase is complete.

    Admission

  • Entry Times

    • Gates open at 04:30 PM, with the concert starting at 06:30 PM.

    • VIP and Premium Pass holders may have early entry privileges.

    • Arrive early to allow time for security checks and entry procedures.

  • Pass Verification

    • Present your pass at the gate for entry.

    • E-pass must be printed or displayed on a mobile device for scanning.

    • Counterfeit pass will be confiscated and holders will be denied entry.

  • No Re-entry

    • Once you exit the venue, re-entry is not permitted to ensure security and manage crowd control.

    • Plan accordingly to avoid the need to leave and re-enter the venue.

    Donor Pass Terms

★ Non-Transferable Donor Pass

​

    •Personal Use: Donor Pass, are issued for personal use only and are non-transferable. The name  the Pass must match the name of the attendee.

  • Verification: Attendees must present a valid government-issued ID along with their Pass upon entry to verify their identity.

★ No Refunds

​

  • Refund Policy: Except as provided in the event’s refund policy (e.g., event cancellation or significant change in schedule), pass are non-refundable.

  • Change of Plans: No refunds will be issued if the attendee changes their plans and cannot attend the event.

★ Resale and Scalping

​

  • Prohibition: Reselling pass at a higher price (scalping) is strictly prohibited and illegal. Any pass found to be resold at a higher price will be voided without a refund.

  • Authorized Resale: If resale is permitted, it must be conducted through the official resale platform authorized by the event organizers.

★ Lost or Stolen pass

​

  • Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for their pass. Lost or stolen pass will not be replaced.

  • Security Measures: Treat your pass like cash and store it securely to avoid loss or theft.

★ E-pass and Print-at-Home pass

​

  • E-pass: E-pass must be printed or displayed on a mobile device for scanning at the event.

  • QR Code: Ensure that the QR code or barcode is clearly visible and can be scanned without difficulty.

★ pass Fraud

​

  • Counterfeit pass: Counterfeit pass will be confiscated, and holders will be denied entry. Only purchase pass from authorized sellers.

  • Verification: The event organizers reserve the right to verify the authenticity of pass at any time.

★ Entry Restrictions

​

  • Single Entry: pass provide single entry only. Once you exit the venue, re-entry is not permitted.

  • Capacity Limits: Entry is subject to the venue’s capacity limits. Once the venue reaches its maximum capacity, no further entry will be allowed, even if you hold a valid pass. Refunds will be issued on claim.

  • Behaviour: Attendees must adhere to the event’s code of conduct and any instructions provided by event staff and security personnel.

★ Changes to pass Terms

  • Right to Amend: The event organizers reserve the right to amend pass terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to pass holders.

  • Notification: Changes will be posted on the official website and communicated via email or other appropriate channels.

★ Age Restrictions

  • General Admission

    • All ages are welcome, but attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

    • Children under the age of 5 enter for free but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Confiscation and Disposal

    • Prohibited items will be confiscated and not returned.

    • Items not claimed by the end of the event will be disposed of appropriately.

Alcohol and Drug Policy

    • The event is alcohol-free. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed within the event premises.

    • Any attendee found under the influence of illegal substances will be removed from the premises and reported to law enforcement.
